We undercut the cheapest trusted competitor by 2%, never quote below 85% of the anchor, never chase a spike above 115%, and never sell under cost +30% when a cost is known. Our bid is 72% of the anchor — the price at which we will buy the piece back or take another in. Every decision is stored with its rule, so any number here can be explained.
